Eng. Mufeed holds a Civil Engineering Degree from Kuwait University and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. With his vast experience he had completed many prestigious projects involving Hotels, Hospitals, Universities, Shopping Malls, Towers , Mixed used Development Projects and luxury Compounds, and this vast experience is with an exposure in many different countries like Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and UAE.
Eng. Mufeed has worked in renowned construction firms like Arabtec Construction Company, Gulf Technical Construction Company, Medmak The First Development and Construction, Parkway International Contracting, Turner Construction International, Transemirates Contracting, and Al Hamed Development & Construction Company, serving in the management positions before joining AQC as its Managing Director since Nov 2016. With his strong experience in the construction management along with his professional leadership skills; he is taking AQC to new heights.

A proficient construction professional with more than 18 years of experience in the disciplines of Contracts, Commercial and Project management. Experience working in the UK and Middle East gaining excellent working knowledge of Construction techniques and principles. A Civil Engineer with a Post-Graduation degree in Construction Management and Economics, from University of Greenwich, U.K, and skilled in research and analysis with a logical approach to solving complex problems and issues related to Construction Contracts. Possesses excellent interpersonal, negotiations and communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain productive internal and external relationships.

An experienced Estimation and cost control Manager with over 27 years of professional experience in Construction Industry. Works for creation and implementation of best practice, cost estimating vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. Possess excellent skills to identify key areas of improvement and apply cost estimation techniques to drive cost reductions and aid operational processes and efficiency.

Hani Mahfouz is a CMA and Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Mansoura University, Egypt. He is an experienced finance professional with over 15 years of global experience across UAE and Egypt managing core developing financial and accounting strategies including investor relations, financial planning, banking & treasury management, investments, and risk management , financial analysis, Cash Flow Management , Financial and MIS Reporting and A/C Reconciliations, Costing. Hani has been an integral part of al qandeel Contracting as finance manager .

He is highly competent and team spirited professional, possessing excellent communication, organization and co-ordination skills, broad technical and business knowledge, specialising within the area of Corporate Quality and Safety Management. Wide range of experience in: Setting up, monitoring & maintaining Integrated QHSE Management Systems as per ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001-2015 and ISO 45001:2018 principles and now serving as Head of QHSE Department.
